A hardware engineer
who ships the whole system

I am an Electronics & Communication engineer who has spent the last several years validating, debugging and building embedded products — from EV drivetrain ECUs at Ather Energy to a haptic navigation wearable for blind users, a medical biosignal platform, and battery management validated across 48V–350V.

My work sits where hardware, firmware and systems engineering meet: root-causing field failures by correlating cloud vehicle data against CAN logs, building Python and LabVIEW automation that cuts validation cycle time, and owning boards from schematic through EMI/EMC compliance.

Outside full-time roles I have founded a biochar materials startup, co-founded a university makerspace, and built a long list of personal hardware — much of it aimed at accessibility and assistive tech.

  1. Sr. Electrical System Integration Test Engineer

    Ather Energy Bengaluru

    • Led DVP execution for EL-platform motor controllers and drivetrain ECUs; owned field-issue triage by correlating cloud vehicle data against CAN logs.
    • Built Python and NI LabVIEW automation infrastructure that cut validation cycle time, with repeatable firmware validation scripts.

  2. Assistant Engineer — Embedded Systems

    Log9 Materials Bengaluru

    • Owned system and subsystem DVPs for 48V–350V BMS platforms, plus PCB design for 16-cell AFE slave boards.
    • Led EMI/EMC testing (AIS-004, AIS-156) at ICAT, resolved DC-DC converter noise issues, and built automated PCBA test rigs.

  3. Product Validation & Hardware Systems Ownership

    • Owned end-to-end product validation across teams in Germany, Mexico/China, Bangalore and New York for a haptic navigation wearable.
    • Validated Bluetooth pairing and sensor telemetry; ran field trials with visually impaired users for real-world crosswalk navigation.

05 — Channel

This domain is named after the channel, not the CV. Alongside the day job I build hardware in the open — the boards, the bring-up, the parts that did not work first time.

Most engineering content shows the finished thing. The useful half is the revision that failed, the noise that took a week to find, the layout that had to be redone. That is the half I try to keep in.
